Museum of Cuu Long River Culture (MOCC) — Aerial View | Design & Visualization: Gia Huy Nguyen
THOUSAND LAYERS asks how river culture can remain alive as the ground beneath it disappears. Set on a fragile alluvial bank of the Hau River, the Museum of Cuu Long River Culture transforms Mekong water wisdom - elevating, opening, weaving and adapting with the seasons - into contemporary architecture. Framed openings turn the river into a living exhibit. At the water's edge, fishing-net logic is reversed: from catching fish to catching sediment. Architecture becomes both a cultural vessel and living infrastructure, helping the river rebuild the land that sustains it.
