Section View of the Project
This project is not simply an underground space hiding people from war, but urban living infrastructure supporting welfare, sports, food production, and community life in normal operation. When war occurs, the same spaces and operational systems convert into infrastructure for evacuation, protection, medical care, food supply, and long-term habitation. Once the crisis passes, the facility returns to everyday use. Through this cyclical structure, the project thus proposes not a survival shelter, but Rooted Resilience; infrastructure embedded within the city that helps it endure war and recover.
