Reconstruction and expansion of an existing residential building with the addition of an office building, an underground garage. Existing building at ul. Romanowicza 9" "Schindler's Villa" in Krakow is entered in the municipal register of monuments and has been designated for protection. Schindler's villa will be rebuilt and renovated. A modern office building with a restaurant was designed at the back of the existing building.
