This project is located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It has 156 student housing + 182 apartments for rent and sale. It is composed of two high bodies upside a common base on ground floor (and an underground parking). A large porch pierces the base, creating a natural flow inside the district. The building uses a compact language, highlighted by strong horizontal lines that also provide generously sized balconies and terraces. Around the central garden, the façade is designed as a series of pleats, offering views and light inside the apartments.
