How can we reactivate our city centres? Huachinango 36 is the materialized efforts of a number of people from different professional backgrounds who aim to propose a way to return to living in the city-centre. It was designed as a collective housing building with different types of rentals: Long-term rentals for local people (increasing downtown´s density with people who live and work in the city), vacation rentals for tourism (they are rents that, by increasing the rotation, increase the return on investment) and one commercial venue for the reactivation of the neighborhood activities.
