Singapore has implemented the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) policy to increase the cost of buying a car. The purpose is to maintain smooth traffic and reduce air pollution by reducing the number of people buying cars. Echoing this policy and combining the abundant solar energy in Singapore, a driverless electric vehicle online rental system was established to balance land transportation and congested underground MRT system.People can make reservations online, and the vehicles will arrive at the passengers' location from the nearest rental stations, reaching their destinations quickly.
