ØST Residence is nestled in nature in the four-season retreat of Karuizawa, which has been known as the hideaway of the Japanese royal family and Tokyo’s elite, and is famed for its elegant atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings throughout the year. This new luxury residence is comprised of 2 building/33 units with exclusive clubhouse offering chef’s kitchen, outdoor terrace with BBQ space, and library lounge. In the vast site over 15,000 sqm, the Japanese aesthetic feeling of "Komorebi" and passage of the seasons, and Scandinavian "Silent Design" were integrated into its architecture.
