Breaking ground in 2021 at the intersection of 17th Street and Guadalupe Street, The Linden provides residents with historic charm with capitol views and modern living with luxury amenities. The 28-story tower features 117 units and a ground floor gallery, restaurant and a 5,000 square-foot retail space. An amenity deck comprised of a pool and a balcony with downtown views adjoins the block of parking with the residential volume. With elegant museum-influenced design, the project’s interiors are seamlessly blended into the gallery space and lobby.
