The Black Apartment is located in the center of Warsaw. Its 220 m2 offer space for a married couple with an adult child and a guest room. The owners bought the apartment that at the time of purchase was an open space, without any partition walls inside. After we were provided with guidelines for the division of rooms, we created 7 versions of the functional layout, after which the last did not change anymore until the final day of the implementation. The apartment is named Black because it was supposed to be dominated by dark colors, but in the process it became warmer.
