Marigona Hill's inspiration is the Japanese lifestyle concept "IKIGAI" which symbolizes life's worth, meaning, or purpose, establishing the balance of spiritual and psychological values, and elements that make up the motive of life. Designed to be as comfortable and luxurious as possible. Marigona Hill offers everything one could need, from spacious homes to wide roads, ample parking spaces, and parks for seniors and children forming a whole new standard of good living. The neighborhood combines various houses, apartments, and terraces (The newest concept introduced in Kosovo).
