The project is located at the political center of Haikou City, Hainan Province in China. It is a museum with the largest number and the highest collection value of Huanghuali and Agarwood exhibits in China, and a provincial-level landmark showcasing the regional culture of Hainan. Based on the design concept of arboreal growth, the annual ring of the tree stem is used as the prototype, and the spiral line is adopted to organize spaces. The path expresses the vicissitudes that the invaluable ancient trees have gone through and creates a highly recognizable and sculptural architectural form.
