Slabtitude

Slabtitude, the super cantilevered coffee bar, is revamped from Vaslab’s own storage space after COVID-19. It is created for a new meeting/ working space for designers’ community and also for public. The space is designed with exposed concrete surfaces, complemented with the 7-meter long wooden table as a centerpiece. It is anchored to the counter supported by steel structure underneath on one side, while leaving the other side extruded and cantilevered in the air. It serves as a bar with the right height for one to sit or stand while enjoying coffee altogether with vinyl records and artwork.
