EMERALD LAKE MANSION

The project is located in urban center of Kunming, surrounded by universities and historical and cultural sites. The triangular site is divided into two parts in the middle, separated into a public building area and a residential area. The project integrate the buildings seamlessly into nature. The community planning breaks down the whole plot into parts, with six detached high-rise residential buildings set inside, staggered pattern avoid them blocking each other. Each building has an independent cluster garden in the south. Urban public facilities and courtyard atmosphere reach a balance.
