Porto 1820 was created to sensitively shape Porto Alegre’s skyline, in dialogue with the Guaíba River and the Iberê Camargo Foundation. On a 3,000 m² site, the 26 residences (250–455 m²) frame natural views through concrete, stone, and wood. With direct access to the Orla park, the project blends urban and natural landscapes. Common areas evoke high-end hospitality, while the facade hosts “La Tierra” by Heloísa Crocco, symbolically uniting Southern Brazil and Uruguay.
