This project reimagines Moore Park, once part of Sydney’s vital freshwater swampland and sand dune system supporting ecological connectivity and cultural uses. Over time, the park was transformed from a shared natural corridor into a privatized golf course, disrupting hydrology, fragmenting habitat, and limiting public access. In response, the design proposes a rewilding strategy to restore ecological function while retaining golf use. By reshaping landforms and integrating native planting, wetlands, and trails, the project creates a sanctuary where biodiversity and urban life thrive.
