Andy is Head of Savills London Urban Design Studio and has 18 years’ experience working on some of the UK’s most significant masterplan and regeneration projects for leading private and public sector clients including Argent, Stanhope PLC, Workspace Group PLC, DCMS, Olympic Delivery Authority, Columbia Threadneedle, Thames Water and numerous London boroughs. 

Andy specialises in the design of complex, brownfield masterplans and has led significant projects and planning applications that encompass city renewal, repair, retail, leisure and residential uses. His portfolio includes major design-lead roles at King’s Cross Central, Barking Town Centre, Stratford City, London 2012 Olympic Transformation, Lampton Road Hounslow and Old Market, Hereford, and his expertise includes a holistic understanding of the city, its urban structure and place making. Andy puts an emphasis on maximising commercial and civic value through well considered and contextual design interventions. 

Prior to joining Savills Urban Design Studio, Andy spent over a decade working on large-scale urban design projects for leading UK architecture practice, Allies and Morrison.
