Hao DONG 董灏

Hao Dong holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from the Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, New York, USA. In 2002, he returned to China and started practicing and teaching. Besides working in one of the biggest state-owned design enterprises, Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD) since 2003, Hao is a co-founder and the managing director of Crossboundaries’ Beijing office.

Hao Dong has written for FT China’s education column, and is teaching at Tsinghua University, Peking University and the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), as well as participating as juror for the Architizer A+ Awards. Recently he has also taught Design Thinking at several innovative educational organizations, including the Affiliated High School of Peking University, China campus of the United World College, Moonshot Academy and IDEAS camp for younger students.
